This role has become available because the Partners have identified a real opportunity to grow their outsourced payroll function. There has been a significant demand for their services in the last 6 months which is largely due to the quality of the firms work and their reputation in the market…and they believe now is the time to capitalize on this.

So this represents a real opportunity for an ambitious payroller to get in at just the right time and contribute to not only growing the firms clients, but also support in growing the payroll team too; effectively creating a number of career opportunities for yourself including becoming the manager of the outsourced payroll department.

There’s annual salary reviews and a whole lot more waiting for the successful candidate; all you need is a minimum of 12 months experience in Payroll – this must be in a bureau or other firm of accountants.

  • Completing start to finish payrolls, and managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Managing and processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Collating and actioning calculations concerning additions and deductions to gross pay
  • Inputting, checking and processing new starters and leavers for clients
  • Producing all wage slips
  • Collating and actioning statutory payments
  • Producing the offices internal payroll invoice
  • Uploading and processing pension auto enrolment to multiple providers
  • Applications for new PAYE schemes
