With a really successful study programme if getting through your exams is important there is plenty of support and resources around you to make things easierโฆ..but if studying is not top of your priority list or in fact if you have no interest in studying that won’t hold you backโฆ..it’s more about your attitude and technical skills than anything else – promotions here are based on you performing in the job, rather than where you are at with your qualifications.
The business needs individuals that have a minimum of 12 months experience working at a UK based firm of accountants; with a solid understanding of how to produce a set of accounts on cloud-based software. Attitude and personality are key – so you will need to be positive person that takes pride in what they do to fit in with the wider business.

- Preparation of statutory accounts from client records
- Preparation of the quarterly VAT and PAYE liabilities for each individual client
- Producing and understand the weekly management accounts and able to discuss in detail as necessary
- Communicate HMRC deadlines to clients in relation to VAT/PAYE and Corporation Tax Systems
- Ongoing communication with clients regarding tax, expenses, dividends, salary and other matters
- Annual discussion regarding statutory accounts and discussing with the client their financial performance and position and give tax advice as necessary
