This Bookkeeper role is in the centre of Altrincham, surrounded by the busy shops and cafes and within 1 minutes walk of the Metrolink, bus stop and train station.
It’s an ideal location for anyone commuting from the nearby areas or someone more local that is wanting to walk to work.
With the new £100millon ‘Foundation’ development in Altrincham town centre nearing completion there has never been a better time to be working in the town, with the introduction of plenty of new cafes, places to eat and shops to keep you busy over lunch!
You will be joining a well established firm of accountants and operating as their senior Bookkeeper, managing a portfolio of local businesses.
Joining a team of 6 there is a real emphasis here by the owners to make sure the team are happy.
You will be listened to, supported, motivated and encouraged – all the things the Director believes are important to have a happy workforce.
Your role will be really varied, however you will be given the flexibility and autonomy to run your day how you want.
You will be using xero to complete the Bookkeeping for a range of SME’s, you will be helping them to understand where they stand with their finances and providing any advice where needed.
It will allow you to build some really strong relationships with your clients; and is a role where you will get a real sense of job satisfaction as you work with business owners to understand their finances better.
To apply you must have current, UK bookkeeping experienced ideally at a firm of accountants, along with proven experience with cloud based software such as Xero.
