What Our Clients say

really good service and clear communication

Platinum provide a really good service and clear communication. The team really understand the roles and our requirements; and the candidates put forward are of a high calibre. We will definitely continue to use Platinum.

Sara Jardim
Talent Acquisition Specialist

they understood the calibre of individual we were looking for

We received a very thorough level of service from Platinum, they understood the calibre of individual we were looking for. They responded quickly through both email and phone and we would definitely use Platinum again.

Jane Anderson
HR Director

They got a great understanding of what I needed

I found Platinum through a google search and decided to use them due to ease, the fact they had candidates already in mind, and didn’t have an exclusivity clause so we weren’t limited. They got a great understanding of what I needed on the first call, provided candidates in a timely manner but it was clear they had been considered for the role and not just passed over for the sake of it. I would use Platinum again in the future.

Mimi Rostron
Head of Culture & Engagement

I would definitely use Platinum again…I already have!

Having used Platinum at my previous employer I continued the relationship for finance roles and now an EA role. The consultants are brilliant. They asked all the right questions and helped create the job description. I would definitely use Platinum again…I already have!

Dan Preston
Finance Director

The level of service is excellent

I have worked with Platinum Recruitment for over 4 years. The level of service is excellent. They are always willing to go the extra mile to understand the business and source the right candidates. I would always use Platinum for finance roles as the quality of CV’s provided is great. I appreciate that in today’s current market conditions it is not always easy to find candidates; and even when you find them they may have been made other offers but resilience is a key strength of the Platinum team.

Sue Hammond
Senior HR Manager

They provide a good level of customer service

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. Platinum is a personable business and being able to have that good relationship with one person specifically is great. Sometimes you can be passed from pillar to post with some companies, but I have not experienced that with Platinum. They provide a good level of customer service which I believe is important.

Joshua Murphy
Managing Director

We would use Platinum again

I heard about Platinum Recruitment online and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service provided. They recruited the role and provided candidates as requested both in terms of ability and personality. After an initial set back with a candidate pulling out due to circumstances changing (which was no fault of the consultant) they worked quickly to get another batch of candidates one of whom we employed. We would use Platinum again – the candidates put forward were in line with conversations and of a high standard.

Colin Royle
Group Financial Controller

The communication was brilliant

The service was amazing and I would use Platinum again without hesitation! I was contacted about the opportunity and they listened to what I was looking for and what I had to offer. They were very patient, polite and friendly. There was a good appreciation of the roles that would match my skills and experience. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and received useful advice prior to my interviews. The communication was brilliant.

Wendy
Candidate

very professional, helpful and efficient

Platinum Recruitment are very professional, helpful and efficient. The service is absolutely excellent, and the consultant I used is a star! They knew exactly what I wanted and which role would fit me. I was constantly given feedback and guided through the interview process. I would definitely use Platinum again and I highly recommend others to use Platinum too!

Huanni
Candidate

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Platinum

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Platinum, the business was so helpful from start to finish! I applied through indeed but I have also seen the Platinum Instagram. The consultant was professional, helpful and resilient when it came to helping me find a job. I received an exceptional service from Platinum, they made sure I understood the role and helped me prepare for the interview which really boosted my confidence. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and couldn’t fault anything about it. I’ve never applied for a job through a recruitment agency before but if I was looking again, I would use Platinum.

Claire
Candidate

I was supported ahead of both interviews

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more). I’ve always found a wide range of roles on the website, which also seems to be updated quickly with changes to available roles. I’m very pleased with the role I’ve found and the business was instrumental in putting me there!

Chloe
Candidate

I received a really personable service

I was contacted by Platinum about a role they were looking to fill. I had a brief one to one with one of the consultants where we talked through past experience and what I was looking for to progress. I was given great advice, this made me feel comfortable and confident which allowed me to perform well during the interviews. I received a really personable service and the ability to match my current skill set to a role which was attainable but still allowed me to build on my career was a key strength of the business. I would absolutely use Platinum again in the future!

🏆⛳ A double win at the Team GB Foundation Golf Day!

🥇 Cameron took the individual golf prize
🥇 Cameron, @owainvr ‘s team which included Olympian @declanbrooks won the team golf prize.

Every team was joined by a past or present Olympian for the round. We were lucky enough to have Tokyo 2020 BMX freestyle bronze medallist Declan Brooks on ours, and it turns out his talents extend well beyond the bike!
🚲➡️⛳

There were fundraising and golf challenges throughout the day, so it was competitive but great fun from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Dec, the Team GB Foundation and the team at Macdonald Portal for a fantastic, well-organised day.

We’ll be back to defend our titles! 🇬🇧

Over £50,000 raised. One unforgettable evening 🎗️🪩.

On Friday, the @platinumrecruitment team attended the Business Beats Cancer Manchester Gala Dinner at the Hilton Manchester, joining businesses from across the region to support an incredible cause.

It was a fantastic evening filled with great food, fundraising activities, auctions, and inspiring conversations. A highlight was hearing Samra Turajlić from @cr_uk whose powerful speech reminded everyone why events like these are so important.

We’re especially proud of our Director Cameron Roberts, who sits on the Business Beats Cancer Manchester board, and the amazing work the board have done to deliver another hugely successful event.

Massive congratulations to the board, organisers, sponsors, and everyone who attended. We’re already looking forward to supporting the event again next year.
