My client is taking the retail industry by storm and it is forever changing and evolving, any Finance Assistant with a mininum of 12-months experience would be interested in this role. You will be able to get stuck in with all things finance, so this is ideal if you enjoy variety and don’t want to be bored!

The Finance Director comes from a humble background and values everyone’s opinion from trainee level all the way up to the senior finance team. She understands the importance of professional development, so is happy to support you with your studies as well as give you a diverse workload to align with your professional qualifications.

Looking to build a team of top talent, the FD wants someone who enjoys a ‘hands-on’ approach. It is important you want to get stuck in, my client isn’t looking for a ‘wallflower’ they are looking for someone who shares the same passion, drive, and motivation as the rest of the team.

Company culture is a massive part of this business too. The team go on regular socials and have some amazing company events. This business is fully embracing the digital age and is proud to offer a hybrid working model that reflects its modern approach to creating a good work/life balance.
