Contact Centre Team Leader
Up to ยฃ29,000 basic + monthly bonuses (OTE ยฃ42,000 – ยฃ50,000 per year)
We have a brand new opening for an experienced team leader, or senior looking to step upโฆ

Your sole focus is to look after the team:
- Completing 1-2-1’s with each team member
- Completing regular team meetings
- Dealing with escalations from customers if it goes to manager level
- Spot checking customer calls to ensure the team are putting them on the correct plans
- Managing the dialler and calls for the team
- Setting realistic targets
- Incentivise the team, issuing out prizes, and getting involved with wall of fame every month
We want someone who is driven by numbers, targets and team performance.
