Business Beats Cancer Manchester (in conjunction with CRUK) will be hosting their 1st Gala Dinner at Manchester Cathedral for an evening of fundraising to support life-changing research that directly impacts the city’s residents.

Platinum has been a supporter of Cancer Research for over 15 years, raising money through different events.

This year we have joined up with multiple other businesses across Greater Manchester to support Business Beats Cancer Manchester where all money raised will go straight to Cancer Research.

THE EVENT

Held at Manchester Cathedral on Thursday 27th March 2025, the Gala Dinner aims to raise money for vital Cancer Research projects taking place in Christies Manchester Labs.

If you’re an organisation in Greater Manchester we are asking you to join us by attending & donating to this event.

Reserve a table now & help us achieve our mission to fill our beautiful Manchester landmark with Greater Mancs for a night of great entertainment & food in the name of a great cause.

WHY & HOW BUSINESSES CAN SUPPORT

Cancer affects 1 in 2 people directly & will affect everyone in some capacity.

Manchester has the highest rate of lung cancer deaths in the UK.

This is something we are aiming to change but we need our fellow Greater Manchester organisations to team up with us & show us they mean business in the fight against cancer.

To support you can do each of the following:

If you’re unable to attend the event please donate on our fundraising page, however big or small.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. I heard about Platinum Recruitment online and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service provided.
