Having met the 2 Directors of this business I can say that whoever secures this Bookkeeper role would be lucky to work with them.

You will manage the day-to-day transactional accounting using Xero and work closely with the external accountants who take control of the monthly management accounts; these are accountants who have worked with the business for over 15 years so have all the answers to any questions you may have – they’re basically part of the team and will welcome you into the business with open arms!
Meetings, one to one’s or just general catch up chats are encouraged by the Directors throughout the month – no matter what that is to discuss, their door is always open and your time with them is an open forum for you; they are approachable and always want to come up with solutions for any questions you raise!
