The company is growing and is an elite performer in its sector – yet they have retained a close-knit, family-feel within the finance team – something which the Directors are intent on maintaining.
You must already have at least 12-18 months’ finance experience to apply for the role as a pre-requisite as your role will immediately encompass all aspects of the transactional finance.
It is also essential that you have working knowledge of Xero – the business has just implemented this and have rolled out all training to staff so do need someone who is used to operating this system and its functionalities.
Providing you show promise and are committed to developing your skills, you will be given the opportunity to support with month-end processes and management accounts within your first year at the business.
The Finance Director of the company really does have his team’s best interests at heart so whether you approach him for support with an upcoming AAT exam or you have an idea that you wish to put forward, his door is always open!
