This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Credit Controller who enjoys building rapport with clients but also getting into the nitty gritty of chasing unpaid invoices.
Ideally you would’ve had some experience in managing the sales ledger or chasing outstanding invoices, however full training will be provided by the Credit Control Manager. As this is end to end credit control, no two days will be the same. One day you could be setting up new customer accounts, the next allocating payments on Sage.
To succeed in credit control, you need to be tenacious, resilient and enjoy ‘the chase’. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills whilst speaking to various companies and industries. After your first 12-months the Credit Control Managers plan is to promote you to a Credit Controller, giving you autonomy over your own work and separate clients to manage.
You’ll be working in a diverse team, with people from all ages and backgrounds. Some of the Senior Credit Controllers have been with the business for over 10 years, so have plenty of knowledge and experience available for you to utilise.
