Becoming debt free is a goal many people strive to achieve, and this role is around you being able to help them in this journey. There will be no cold calling involved, with warm leads from Google Ad’s, fresh enquiries from the website, and hot keys from external businesses given to you on a daily basis.

A team of lead generators will do the initial stages for you!

You may currently work in a sales, collections, or target driven environments striving to push your career to the next level. This is ideal for sales professionals who want to become senior, business development or account managers.

It’s rare to come across a business with a career path set out for you from the very moment you join.

Starting at BD level you will drive conversations and set up solutions, allowing customers to become debt free. This isn’t a collections role, it’s a solutions role where you will take the stress away from customers by providing consolidation based services. This will be done through you discussing income and expenditure, and building lasting relationships.

The CEO and managers will be sat on the floor with you. This is a “one for all” attitude with constant support, training, and development on offer. 2 weeks of training will be provided via workshops and classroom training, giving you the tools to be a top performer.
