Trainee Accountant + AAT Study Support

This is the perfect starter role in accounting for someone who is passionate about numbers and wanting to begin a career in finance.

As a Trainee Accountant at this company, you will gain experience in all areas of finance which includes;

Producing management accounts

Bank reconciliation

Purchase and sales ledger

Analysing company profits

Variance analysis

You will work for a Financial Controller who is understanding and supportive – he will be your mentor day to day and his mission is to not only ensure you are successful and can progress but that you also have fun in work!

You can choose when you want to be in the office – whether that’s 1 day a week or 5; it’s up to you and how you learn best. The finance team do all meet up on a Wednesday and work together – and the FC will quite often treat you all to lunch on him!

Nothing is too much trouble in terms of your training and no question is too silly! They have a real collaborative vibe in the office and everyone gets together regularly for team events and “away days” including trips to the races and an annual summer BBQ.

No one is expected to do overtime, you can log off at 5pm and enjoy life outside of work whether that’s going to the gym, meeting friends or enjoying the lighter nights!
