This truly is an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Accountant looking to work for a wonderful leadership team!

The Finance Manager is ready to share her wealth of knowledge with the recruit and you will get her undivided attention and as much one to one training and support as you need; you won’t be just a cog in a corporate wheel at this business!

6 MONTHS’ experience basic office or finance experience, that’s right, 6 MONTHS, that’s all they need – the rest, leave it with them.

You’ll have 1-1s and at each quarterly review, you’ll discuss where you’re at, what you love about your role, where you may need additional training and what the plan is for the next 3-6 months following – no stone is left unturned, and you’ll never be sat there wondering “what am I doing here?!”

You will focus solely on getting up speed with the transactional finance (purchase & sales ledgers) within your first 12 months at the business; the business is fast-paced and continuously growing with multiple entities so you won’t be processing a handful of invoices a day and then be sat bored – you’ll be constantly challenged.

As you can see, this isn’t a stop-gap position – it’s been carefully created with an individual in mind; someone who will stay long-term and become a senior figure within the finance team as they will recruit another Trainee as soon as you’re confident enough to progress.

You will not just be thrown into the deep end; it’s not a sink or swim role; in fact, the business offers a training programme designed specifically to suit how you learn best.

Offices are located near to Warrington & Vale Royal College so easy access to study your AAT after work if you want to pick a local college!
