This truly is an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Accountant looking to work for one of the most reputable Finance Managers in the industry.

She is ready to share his wealth of knowledge of his next recruit and as it will be just the two of you in finance you will get her undivided attention and as much one to one training and support as you need; you won’t be just a cog in a corporate wheel at this business!

The opportunity would suit an individual who has 6-12months’ basic finance experience and has begun AAT or maybe you have always dreamed of becoming an accountant; this will be an excellent training ground with exposure into every single aspect of accounting for an exciting, vibrant and buzzing retail brand!

You will focus solely on getting up speed with the transactional finance (purchase & sales ledgers) within your first 12 months at the business; the business is fast-paced and continuously growing so you won’t be processing a handful of invoices a day and then be sat bored – you’ll be constantly challenged.

You will then have an annual appraisal with your FM where she will map out exactly the next steps you need to take to qualify with your AAT and move onto month-end and management accounting with the business.

As you can see, this isn’t a stop-gap position – it’s been carefully created with an individual in mind; someone who will stay long-term and become a senior figure within the finance team as they will recruit another Trainee as soon you’re confident enough to progress.

You will not just be thrown into the deep end; it’s not a sink or swim role, in fact the business offers a training programme designed specifically to suit how you learn best.
