Growing SME business setting up in new territories looking for a skilled accountant to join them on an exciting expansion journey, to be instrumental in designing and producing a new framework in accounts as they begin to set up a group structure.
We’ve placed extensively with this business and they are all about making life easy for you.
Start as early as 7.30 or as late as 10am if you want to, have a day working from home, finish early on a Friday….They’re cool with whatever works around family life or external commitments, the finance team and FC are all working parents so they get it!
Their set-up is great, relaxed working environment in an SME c.Β£10mil where everyone’s on a first name basis and in line for the brew run. They really do have a “family-feel” as cheesy as that sounds but there’s no other way to describe it. Here, you’re not just a number, you are integral to the team and business.
They’re looking for a skilled Accountant to support the Financial Controller as the business sets up in the US. You’ll produce the management accounts for 2 entities and even lead the consolidation. This is an SME so as you can imagine, you’ll be getting involved in the nitty gritty of the accounts to understand how accounts function from the ground up.
On your profile, they’re looking for:
- Well-rounded accounts experience within an SME
- End-to-end management accounts experience, full pack production with analysis and commentary
- Someone keen to take ownership of entities and produce accounts end-to-end
- They’re using Sage 50, so experience with sage would be handy!
- If you’ve consolidated accounts, great.
