The next step of the growth phase is to employ an experienced, driven Senior Office Manager to lead the practice in the right direction; build a team underneath you of Administrators and oversee the whole onboarding client process from start to finish (including putting your own stamp on things and bringing ideas to the table)
What he wants is someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm, a driven individual, someone with a lot of appetite for wanting a successful career, a strong minded Office Manager who isn’t afraid to bring ideas, challenge the status quo, build relationships and embrace change as they grow and expand.
Experience in a similar role within a firm of Accountants is essential – this MD genuinely wants someone to come in and teach him a thing or two as well, he’s open to your ideas and how you want to manage the firm, therefore this background is important.
Given the responsibility, he is willing to be flexible on salary dependent on experience and what you can bring, a bonus scheme will be in place for you and you can either work full time office or have a hybrid pattern whilst enjoying flexible working hours to fit around your home life.
