Senior Management Accountant

£45k – £55k + car allowance, healthcare package, 35 days holiday per year, regular social events & team building days.

Do you want to do more than just churn out sets of accounts? Would streamlining processes, managing an ERP software implementation, and recruiting a junior finance team to support the businesses growth look like something you’re up for? If you like the sound of this and are an all round team player who will be an asset to this businesses future – then listen up…!

This is a crucial hire and one I am exclusively recruiting – after meeting with the CFO he said to me they need a tenacious individual ready and raring to start a brand new challenge and gain exposure to wider aspects of accounting that other businesses or roles don’t offer. After significant growth there are elements to the accounting process that needs consolidating and bringing up to speed as they embark on their next chapter of growth.

So, you need to be efficient in the way you operate, have a couple of years end to end Management Accounts experience and the ambition and appetite to keep growing your skill set to achieve FC/FD level status in the years to come – the potential is there at this business, forecast to reach £60 mill turnover in 2025.
