A privately owned medium sized Financial Services business in Bury are looking for a Senior Administrator that has a passion for numbers and is a bit of a “data geek” who would love to join a business and become part of the company and not just a number.

As the company has grown rapidly over the last 3 years, they are now looking for an individual to join the team that is going to manage and submit various reports through migration of data from Excel and the internal bespoke system onto the online bodies for submissions. Your job is to analyse the data and select the relevant data needed, all reports are different so super varied.
There’s approximately 1,500 reports to submit on a yearly basis and you will have full training from the Administration Manager who is going to show you the process as he has done this role for the last 12 years and give you full support until you’re ready to run with it in your own way. This isn’t about how quick you submit the reports, it’s about having a methodical approach and taking your time to ensure the reports are correct.
Attention to detail, analytical and methodical – the three key traits this business is looking for in this person, if you come from a financial services background then perfect but providing you have some data analysis experience you will be considered.
