This is a great firm of accountants; they have a reputation built on quality and at the centre of everything they do is making sure the team are happy.
Having spent the last few years steadily growing they are now looking for a part time accountant that can help manage a portfolio of clients whilst building some great relationships along the way.
This role is perfect for anyone that either has commitments outside of work or is simply looking for a better work / life balance.

Importantly the owners realise that work isn’t everyone’s number one priority – so along with the part time hours you will be given flexible working to ensure work fits around you and your life rather than the other way around.
It’s a close knit team of 5 and if someone is interested in full time hours or progression in the future the opportunity will be there but for now they need someone that is happy working part time.
To be considered you must have previous experience at a firm of accountants and be capable of managing your own day with the support of the wider team.

- Responsible for the preparation of year end accounts for a wide portfolio of clients
- Manage any queries relating to VAT returns, book-keeping and management accounts
- Ensure HMRC deadlines are met and correspond with HMRC to resolve any reconciliation queries regarding Corporation Tax, PAYE.
- Provide information to tax team for preparation of self-assessment tax returns; review of returns before submission.
