As a Senior Accountant you are going to be given some fantastic exposure; you will be working with the firms key clients helping to prepare the management accountants and statutory accounts for a wide range of limited companies alongside supporting and reviewing the work of the junior members of the team. There will be plenty of client contact and an opportunity to build some great working relationships making it ideal for anyone that wants to go down the route of a client manager in the future

To be considered you must have a minimum of 2 years current UK practice experience, and you must be confident at communicating with clients.

Main Duties:
- Assisting the Client Manager with a portfolio of limited company clients
- Preparing management accounts and statutory accounts
- Prepare corporation tax computations and returns ensuring accuracy and that all relevant tax is applied
- Working with the bookkeeping team to ensure workload is completed accurately and efficiently for the portfolio of clients ahead of accounts preparation
- Liaising with clients in regard to the preparation of their accounts and answering any relevant queries
- Providing recommendations and highlights to the Client Manager regarding the client accounts prepared
- Attending client meetings with the Client Manager and proactively taking part in discussions
- Contributing to the development of new or amending accounting systems, programs and procedures
