Retail Purchase Ledger Clerk

This is an exciting time to join an up-and-coming retail company who have recently secured multiple contracts overseas!

The role has become available due to expansion, the Purchase Ledger Supervisor needs an additional pair of hands to help the smooth running of the department. As you’ll be working in retail, there are extra layers of the ledger which make it more exciting, which includes:

  • You’ll be speaking to various suppliers, including companies overseas, so you’ll be constantly kept on your toes.
  • Stock management, you will assist with monitoring what goes in and out of the business and ordering stock when applicable.
  • Processing complex invoices and working with various different currencies.

I have visited the office myself, it is everything you would expect from a modern city centre firm. There are excellent facilities, including a TopBrewer, breakout room, full-functioning kitchen, and even showers if you need a freshen-up after work! The team are a social bunch and often go out for work lunches or after-work drinks, of course, this is optional.

The offices are open all week, but you can work from home 3 days a week – the business can be flexible what days. The best part is if you enjoy going into the office 5 days a week, you can!
