Gone are the days when you have to be in the office at 9 am and leave at 5 pm. This business operates on flexible working hours, as alot of the staff have young families and outside work commitments.

This is perfect for someone who can manage their workload autonomously but wants that extra flexibility. If you want an extra hour in bed on a Monday morning or to finish earlier on a Friday, the option is there. Having this flexibility has drastically increased staff productivity and the office environment.

Working closely with the Director, you will be their right-hand man or woman. Managing the company’s finances and producing monthly reports will keep you busy. In addition to the general accounts, you will speak to suppliers overseas, be responsible for stock control, and process complex multi-currency invoices.

To qualify for this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in bringing accounts up to trial balance. It isn’t essential you have experience in retail, but this would be beneficial. This is a role which offers a varied workload but still gives you the flexibility to have a good work/life balance.
