If you are a brilliant match-maker, you absolutely love speaking to new people and get job satisfaction from changing someone’s life but aren’t driven by pressure, this is a one-off opportunity.
You will still enjoy being on the frontline, right in the mix when it comes to recruiting – screening prospective employees for internal vacancies across the UK, holding assessment centres and interviewing candidates but there is absolutely zero pressure.
If you fill 5 vacancies one month and 1 the next, no one is going to be on your back or telling you your job is on the line – it’s about the quality of the work you produce.
Recruiting will just be a part-time element of your role – the rest of the week will be spent managing the compliance for new starters; working closely with HR to ensure all documentation (RTW, ID etc) is in place and that the candidate has a really pleasant onboarding experience.
Prospects within this role are so varied; there are opportunities to branch into HR or a full-blown recruitment role if you decide you enjoy the sales side of the job.
You must be from a recruitment background to apply for this role – whether that be within an admin or consultant role, as long as you have a knowledge of working in the sector, understanding how fast-paced and quick-moving it is but maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
