This is a varied role where you will be involved with:

Registering & Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices: Dive into the heart of financial transactions by efficiently handling and processing purchase ledger invoices. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining accuracy.

Setting Up and Maintaining Supplier Accounts: Become a key player in establishing and maintaining supplier accounts, ensuring a smooth and organized system for seamless financial operations.

Investigating and Recording Queries: Take on the challenge of investigating and recording any purchase ledger queries that arise. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

Reconciling Supplier Statements: Engage in the meticulous process of reconciling supplier statements, demonstrating your commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Dealing with Suppliers and Internal Queries: Showcase your excellent communication skills as you handle inquiries from both suppliers and internal stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Ad Hoc Finance Duties: Embrace variety by participating in other ad hoc finance duties, offering your assistance to the team wherever necessary. This role promises constant growth and learning.
