We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a growing company in Manchester City Centre.

This business describes themselves as fun and friendly and you will have the opportunity to work with a very ambitious group of people whilst enjoying tons of company benefits.

You will need to be hard working, ambitious and continuously wanting to learn and grow because with this business no two days will be the same.

There is plenty of variety in this role too; you won’t be sat around processing thousands of invoices each week instead you will be building relationships with customers and ensuring that invoices are paid accurately and on time.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Every step of the purchase ledger process (this isn’t a boring role)
  • Completing weekly bank recs and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately in time for the monthly payment run
  • Paying supplier on a monthly basis (including ad hoc BACS payments)
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers

To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role alongside excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic personality.
