Want to work for a genuinely lovely Finance Director; no airs and graces about him, down to earth and doesn’t regard himself as superior to his team?
If so, I have a brilliant opportunity for a business that has increased in growth by 20% in the last 12 months – it’s secure, stable and here to stay.
You will form a partnership with a Sales Ledger Clerk and between you, you’ll control the day to day transactional finances.
You’ll be left to your own devices to manage the Purchase Ledger – no micro-managing or handholding but trust that the FD is there if you need him; and he is more than happy to roll his sleeve up and process some purchase invoices during busy periods!
There are 3 entities within the group which you’ll manage the supplier journey for – from raising POs through to preparing payments so you definitely won’t be clock-watching.
And the great thing about it is there’s zero disgruntled suppliers here – everyone is paid accurately and on time; a sincerely ethical company where you won’t have to play firefighter and bat away phone calls about unpaid invoices!
A brilliant salary package as the company believes in rewarding you for the hard work you put in – but in order to secure the top end of the banding, you’ll need to demonstrate working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Xero.
**The role requires someone who is happy working from the office 5 days a week – it’s not a hybrid role; no taking work home here – as soon as the clock strikes 4.30, you’re done!**
