You’ll be working for an award-winning property company which is rapidly growing, the business needs an extra pair of hands to help the accounts team manage the day-to-day finances. With it being a new role, there is plenty to learn and get your teeth stuck into!
The business offers flexible working, you can work from home 2 days a week and choose the hours you work (core hours 10-4). You won’t be micro-managed by the Finance Manager; she trusts her staff so if you like to manage your own workload then this is ideal.
Primarily your main focus will be managing the purchase ledger of the construction business, processing supplier and sub-contractor invoices. It is essential you can maintain good relationships with suppliers as you’ll be speaking to them daily.
You’ll be working on a clean ledger from the get-go, you don’t have to worry about any outstanding queries or payments. However, if you see room for improvement, then the Finance Manager is happy to take on any suggestions.
