If you are seeking the next level in your career within property, then this role will certainly fulfil the challenge and “project” you may be looking for.

Firstly – the location is Accrington and/or Rochdale as the Entrepreneur you will be working alongside has a couple of well-established offices so you can work out of either. You can remain predominantly at one of the sites, but you will need to flexible on occasions to go to the “other” site.

You will be given full responsibility to manage a continuously growing portfolio of buy to let property’s as well as the other buildings the other businesses run from.

Why is this role exciting?

– The portfolio is established but you can put your stamp on things by suggesting processes and taking charge of implementation.

– Taking the reins of the property management function

– Varied duties from viewings, maintenance issues, building coordination, property administration with occasional PA tasks
