Property Accounts Assistant + Study support

If you are someone who has property experience or wants to get into the industry, then this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

Working in property means you will add an extra layer of depth to your skillset which you wouldn’t be exposed to in other industries. Alongside managing the company’s transactional finance, you will also develop your skills in the following:

  • Processing utility bills, cheques, receipts
  • Managing service charges and allocating to accounts
  • Speaking to property managers
  • Assisting with the maintenance of company assets, funds, and portfolios
  • Ensuring rent payments are made on time

It isn’t essential you have experience in property but would be advantageous. However, you will be trained from the ground up by an amazing Finance Manager. The role has become available due to an internal promotion, the business is keen on retaining staff so will always encourage professional development.

You will be working in a great office too; everyone is really relaxed and forthcoming. The team regularly get lunch brought in and go on monthly socials, so you’ll definitely make some new friends alongside gaining some specific industry knowledge.
