An ideal opportunity has come available for someone with property experience looking to take the next step in their career. My client is looking for someone who is experienced in liaising with tenants, landlords and Property Managers.

The most important thing for my client is someone with property experience and having the knowledge to understand the industry specific terminology. You can be from an administrative or finance background, but if you have the relevant experience and desire to progress, this client would love to hear from you.

Due to a recent promotion within the team, this role has now become available. You will be managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and gaining exposure in the following areas:

  • Income and expenditure reporting on properties
  • Producing budget and forecasting reports
  • Service charge and ground rent reporting
  • Variance on analysis and commentary for the Property Managers on the amount of money being spent on maintenance & repairs

You will have regular interaction with senior figures within the business including the Directors, this is a great opportunity to really make a name for yourself and have an input into crucial decision making.
