PROPERTY ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

I am looking for a Property Account Assistant to join my clients growing team in Alderley Edge.

This company has establishes itself as one of the leading property companies in the North West and would be perfect for those with property experience seeking a role in a local business with a strong work-life balance.

With a team of five, including yourself, you’ll never feel overwhelmed or pressured. As they grow, they add new team members instead of burdening existing staff. Despite the supportive environment, the role remains dynamic and engaging. Unlike typical Accounts Assistant positions, you won’t be confined to processing service charge invoices. Instead, you’ll actively contribute to setting budgets and forecasts, interact with landlords and tenants, and take control of the residential portfolio. If variety in your daily tasks is important to you, this role is an excellent fit.
