This really is the most exciting opportunity out there for any dynamic, driven, and dedicated Property Accountant looking to work at a cash rich, modern, company with an amazing culture & ethos. The candidate I placed there last year has had a recent promotion, so this is why the role has become available – this will be you, progression and promotions are proven here, not just promised. You will get all the necessary exposure to keep advancing in your career.

This company are growing in revenue and expanding their team and they need an accomplished accountant to join their team, roll up their sleaves and get stuck in straight away! You will be supporting the Finance Director and Finance Manager in monthly accounts reviews so management experience and also the ability to streamline and implement processes is essential.

You will be supporting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, liaising with property managers, rent & service charge reconciliations and will be the key point of contact in finance between other departments. The Finance Director is keen for somebody to make this role their own so you will be given autonomy and flexibility to come in and implement and be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
