As this business scales up and prepares for their huge growth surge in 2023-2024, they are looking for a “super star” Projects Coordinator to support the Manager in managing events projects for global clients.

Everybody that has joined this business has stayed with them, 100% retention rate is unbelievable and they only recruit when the company grows.

It’s new, modern and so exciting and the perfect time to join them right now, the business specialist in specific events, some are virtual and some face to face so since the covid pandemic they have seen a real increase in their service.

Your role will essentially be managing the event planning and coordination on behalf of clients from beginning to end – from initial phone call and set up with client through to booking in speakers and logistics and being present at virtual events to ensure all runs smoothly.

You will receive training and guidance from the Manager who has been with this company for 5 years, she’s done your role before and therefore is the ultimate person to be showing you the ropes – your training could take up to 3 months, their aim is to ensure you’re comfortable, happy and know what you’re doing, there’s no rush.
