£50,000 – £55,000 plus comprehensive benefits package

What an opportunity to deliver the full project lifecycle within one of the fastest growing construction businesses in the North West as their new Project Manager. The role of Project Manager has been created due to the pipeline of work to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.

This business gives full autonomy to Project Managers to be the main point of contact for customers, managing the relationships from pre-construction handover through to final account close and handover. You will coordinate with all key stakeholders, internal teams and third parties ensuring schedule is achieve within budget. Project values range from 100k through to £3 Million and you would have responsibility for 20 “live” at one time.

Interfacing across the business you can see from the above that they are looking to appoint a skilled Project Manager who holds existing experience ideally within the construction sector. Additional key attributes would include sound financial and commercial awareness, collaborative approach, high degree of attention to detail and an ability to manage and deliver on schedule.
