Work for one of Manchester’s most prestigious Property businesses as the first P.A. to the Property Director.

90% of your time will be supporting the Property Director and 10% will be spent supporting the CEO of the company in a true, authentic and varied PA role.

You will be the right-hand person to the Director in all areas of the business, responsible for attending board and management meetings, formatting documents and reports, diary and email management.

This Director covers all divisions and functions of the business including finance, operations and business plans and he wants you to be involved in it all. The benefit for you in this role is you will be exposed to every single area and challenge of the business; you’ll be living and breathing the company.

He’s looking for an organised, focused and strong business minded PA who will support him as his ally – he’s happy to consider candidates who have had some exposure as a PA but isn’t necessarily looking for that “finished article” as he will teach you the ropes and get you up to speed in no time!

The Director is in the office every day supporting the team, he’s the perfect person to learn from and you’ll build a fantastic working relationship with them as you will be trusted to be involved with absolutely everything.
