You will become qualified: My client is happy to pay and support you with your CIPP qualifications as they understand the importance and value of this.

You always get the first pick: Any positions that come available are always advertised to internal staff first.

Quarterly performance reviews: You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and having regular reviews to ensure you’re where you need to be.

You will be playing a key part in the finance department, ensuring that employees are compensated accurately and on time. My client is looking for someone who can jump straight into this role so are asking for a minimum of 12 months experience within payroll.
