With it being National Payroll Week, it is important we celebrate Payrollers! Every business wants to ensure its staff are paid on time so you must be able to adhere to tight deadlines and have an eye for attention to detail.
I am recruiting for a well-known manufacturing company that has decided to expand its payroll team due to the business growing substantially in 2023. The business has great staff retention as it offers flexibility and a family-friendly environment.
Working alongside the Payroll Manager and team you will be processing the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees. This is an end-to-end role so you can expect to be getting involved with all aspects of the process, so it is important you have at least 6 months experience in payroll.
With the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week, the business understands the importance of having a good work/life balance. You’re not expected to commute in every day and can have 2 days to have an extra hour in bed or work around the school drop-off!
