Here is an opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant who has got the “buzz” for accounting!
This role suits someone who has cut their teeth in transactional accounting, moved through to producing management accounts and is now ready for the final step into a full management accounting role that will enable you to qualify and build post qual experience.
For this role, the client will only consider candidates who have a minimum of 2yrs experience producing management accounts.
The business has 3 divisions within group, you will immediately support the Financial Controller (ACCA Qualified) with the finalisation of month end accounts, analysing performance, journals, intercompany accounts and then group consolidations.
After your initial onboarding and whilst you are build your knowledge of their divisions, (completing at least 6 month ends and half year end accounts) they would then expect you to take on full control of the management accounts processes.
The company is a big investor in infrastructure and resources and operate with one of the most advanced CRM systems, utilising Power BI so you need to be prepared to build on your existing software knowledge as they have an extremely efficient month end cycle to adhere too.
Alongside this they also offer a leadership training programme so you will build management knowledge and support your career with additional qualifications.
The study package offered is extensive and will be tailored to you, so if you prefer weekend study, evenings or distance learning, all can be accommodated. They also have a partnership with Manchester leading training body so you can be assured of an exceptional training programme for either ACCA or CIMA.
