The business is set to hit £50million t/o over the next 5 years, I’ve seen the contract book, the guaranteed pipeline of work and the investment from an external billionaire investor to corroborate this. Having gone through 6 months of PWC due diligence to gain the investment, the business now has a billionaire minority shareholder who flies into Manchester on their private jet for meetings with the MD of the business – they are absolutely killing it.
The role has been created due to this growth and the scope of potential for the successful candidate is vast.
- Exposure: Weekly meetings with an international investor, their CEO and CFO to present the management accounts and act as the voice of finance for the business.
- Implementation and creation: You will create, produce and develop the monthly management accounts pack. All the information is there, however they need you to pull the pack together with detailed, crystal clear analysis down to the GP margin on each contract. You will build this pack and the format for all to follow.
- Growth and development: As the business grows you will develop into a SLT role, you will recruit more resource for the department and be a key advisor on further contract tenders, acquisitions and investments.
