Currently standing at an impressive turnover of £15 million, this business has seen tremendous growth over the last 3 years and has plans to double this turnover by 2023!

The Financial Controller is looking to invest in, personally coach and mentor an accomplished accountant who is currently part way through their studies. When the FC interviews prospective candidates, they are looking for individuals who take ownership in their role; rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in; they want individuals to all play a part in the company’s future success, regardless of position.

The beauty of joining the business whilst it’s at this stage of growth is you’ll be integral in decision making and process improvement alongside the rest of the senior team and with the new Financial Controller he is all ears to new ideas and improvements. This role would suit an individual who is more than happy to be involved in a very broad role and learn whatever is thrown their way.

This is an amazing training ground for an individual as you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are all striving for the same goal – to make this business as successful and profitable as possible; and managers who are more than happy to delegate work and train you in areas you want to get your teeth stuck into.

Meetings will be transparent and open; you’ll be able to have a clear vision of exactly how the company is operating financially across its various entities as you will be involved from start to finish.
