Opportunity to have total view of the management accounts and how they fit into the bigger picture. Understand the business, ops, sales, marketing, everything!
In this role, you won’t be siloed into one section of the management accounts, you’ll gain full visibility of the end-to-end process, and take that all the way up to the SLT and Board presentation. Present your own work.
The MI Pack that you create and the analysis you publish will be used to influence business decision. This isn’t a role in which you complete the accounts and send them off for the SLT to review and amend, here you will have total ownership. SO, look at this at the perfect opportunity to showcase your skillet, right up to CEO and investor levels.
Sure, support will be there from the FM and FD but really they want you to grab this role with two hands and seize the opportunity. Think where this exposure / experience will take you…
