If you are an ambitious Management Accountant with your sights set on becoming a Finance Manager this role is offering that career step inside 12 months.
Very rarely do these types of roles become available, you won’t be waiting for someone to leave or get promoted, and you won’t be battling against more established internal staff – instead you will be joining as the Management Accountant and once you are established in the role the Finance Manager position will be yours.

Theres’s hybrid working – 2 days in the office 3 at home, 25 days holiday, a 35-hour working week with fexi time and study support if you need it.

Initially you will be controlling the management accounts, overseeing one member of staff (an AAT studier) and presenting back to the FD at month end. You will be analysing data and interrogating the numbers to help the business make strategic finance decisions.
Once you have established yourself in the role the business will open up more commercial accounting exposure which will tie in perfectly with you then working towards and stepping up to Finance Manager.

To be considered for the role you must already have a firm understanding of Management Accounts, any legal experience would be beneficial but not necessary, but most importantly you will have an ambitious personality and desire to challenge yourself.
