The Ops Director has been there since day one, over 10 years she’s watched the business grow organically and the team develop to what it is today. Hybrid working – 2/3 days WFH

Anyone who enjoys being a Legal Cashier but wants more from their career will thrive at this firm. All you need to bring to the office is at least 12 months of experience and a willingness to integrate with the already efficient team.

Team culture is huge here, staff go out for lunches, have work socials, and have collective targets to hit. The firm runs off being completely transparent – you’ll have monthly meetings with the team to discuss financial figures and how close you are to achieving the bonus!
