With four openings for Trainee Sales Execs, you would be joining a business on the back of a record month and with November sales projected to beat this already, it’s a relaxed environment, an energized team; its actually fun, trust me I have spent the day with them and seen the job first hand.
The role is simple, you will manage an influx of website leads and enquiries, then with all leads allocated, you will call to take full details on the enquiry to qualify the lead and transfer over to the business development advisors for them to follow up and you can begin counting your commission! So easy and straight-forward for a skilled communicator.
You could be calling Dave, aged 76 in Stretford one minute and then Alia, aged 30 in Manchester City Centre the next, so you need to be able to converse with a variety of people and cultures so having empathy and understanding is critical to accurately conduct the initial prequalifying questions.
Month 1 in the role is full training on the industry and systems before you go live in month 2.
The team here have a mix of all different personalities so you can guarantee to have fun every day and you will have a Sales Manager on hand to provide 1-1 support, who genuinely deliver a brilliant service but with a smile on their face.
The whole team works on shift patterns as follows (no weekends):
Week 1: 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday (Friday off)
Week 2: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between hours of 8am-8pm
