This role is perfect for someone passionate about finance and wants to gain professional qualifications. If you are a college leaver who wants to continue your AAT studies, or you already have 6 months experience in finance then this isn’t an opportunity to be missed!
You can expect excellent mentoring and support from the Finance Manager and the wider team. With one of the team recently promoted, a new position for a Junior Accounts Assistant has become available. The business is keen on promoting within, so there is plenty of scope for progression and development as long as you have the right attitude.
As a Junior Accounts Assistant, you will learn the foundations and basics of transactional accounting. Learning these skills will give you essential experience and knowledge which you will use throughout your career. The Finance Manager has been in your exact position, so understands the importance of providing sufficient, in-depth training.
Alongside gaining some excellent hands-on experience, you will also be encouraged to complete your AAT studies. To make studying as easy as possible, the Finance Manager will tailor your duties to align with your current exams.
