Internal Recruitment Manager – Care Sector

£55,000 – £60,000 + comprehensive benefits package

A newly created role for an Internal Recruitment Manager to join an established and accredited care organisation. You will be the first ever hire at this level and will be given the freedom to build your role alongside the Managing Director and manage the full recruitment process.

The company specialise in social care housing for vulnerable children so you will achieve huge job satisfaction knowing your recruits will be adding value to those who need it most.

Supported by a team of 3 administrators who are completing all the background checks and ensuring the relevant compliance is achieved you will be focused on the recruitment strategy and growth of the staffing numbers.

Phase 1 in the role will be to build the recruitment model and invest in the necessary infrastructure to support this, budgeting accordingly and presenting to the MD.

Phase 2 will be to implement process and achieve hiring expectations offering a streamlined and smooth onboarding to all new employees.

Phase 3 will be to grow the department, hire in additional support and build an internal recruitment department that can underpin the 5-year growth plan.

Clearly this is role of high responsibility so the MD would like someone who has worked within or close to the industry who is passionate about recruitment but also social care welcoming the chance to align the two.
