A boutique IFA in Altrincham that have established themselves perfectly in the market offering a wide range of products to their clients are growing.

Workload stretched across the team of 4 therefore require a 5th superstar in the team (and what a team it is!)

Two of the Administrators in the team have been with the firm for over 10 years. People join this business and stay.

Why?

  1. You’re appreciated – if you want to study industry related exams, they’ll pay for it, if you want to progress further within administration, they’ll help you do it!

  2. The package – two week Christmas shut down (you don’t use your holidays for this!), quarterly bonus scheme, 1 day a week working from home (and pick your day), flexible working hours

  3. The culture – everyone is busy, so yes heads are down cracking on but everyone is having a chat, they do team bonding days, directors get the brews on, it’s a community….. Great to see.

It really is the best of both worlds – a professional business but still keeping that family feel.

They would absolutely love a quality IFA Administrator to join them as they continue to grow, someone with experience within IFA and ideally with exposure to Mortgages/ Protection/ Pensions.

I’ve met with the Line Manager, nothing to not like about her…. She’s incredible. Supportive, hands on, knowledgeable and just genuinely a lovely person. Anybody who works for her is going to love it!
