Working as a Customer Service Advisor operating within a high performing member-care team for the UKs largest and leading healthcare providers who are thriving within the current market, you will spend your day building rapport and developing relationships with new and existing customers delivering an outstanding level of service involving nurturing conversations and generating opportunities. You will have a natural and enthusiastic approach along with a genuine passion for all things customer service.
