Met with the HR Manager today, and she was probably the most upbeat and genuine HR Manager I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She’s looking for a HR Coordinator to join her tight team of 3.
Team are stretched and being pulled into administration tasks, so they require coordination and administration support to the team to allow them to focus on what they should be doing.
Sat on a desk with the HR Manager, HR Business Support & Talent Officer; the exposure you’ll have is second to none. You’ll hear everything, see everything and be apart of it all…. Whether it’s a disciplinary investigation or a recruitment campaign, you name it, you’re in on it!
Your role will start with onboarding and recruitment support, booking meetings, 1-1 review coordination, dealing with first line HR queries and email correspondence. Eventually, role will grow to become more involved with HR meetings, going to various sites to meet with staff, and giving advice.
Clear line of development for you to become a generalist Advisor…. With full CIPD funding – level 3/5 and coaching led by HR Manager.
HR manager started with the business just 18 months ago as an Advisor. That’s the growth you can expect when you join this company….. So if this is perhaps your 2nd HR role, this is perfect! Must have HR experience already under your belt.

Full time office based, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Must be able to drive to get here!
