The place: modern, entrepreneurial SME with an outstanding Finance Director looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager. Honest senior leadership team in a business where each member is highly valued and supported.

The situation: the group has experienced significant revenue growth over the past 2 years and as it continues to invest in further expansion and success the Finance team needs another senior pair of hands to offer their business-critical knowledge to the Directors.

The role: there is loads of exciting tasks to get stuck into e.g., subsidiary accounting, P&L analysis, variance reporting, supporting the new ERP implementation, year-end close and tightening those important controls.

The package: market-leading benefits including bonus, enhanced holidays and leave, 8% pension, fully expenses training and socials and much more.

You: If you like a challenge, are keen to progress and be mentored by a highly skilled Finance Director, whose goal is to promote you to Financial Controller within 18 months, are qualified and are a good all-rounder, then is sounds like a match.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
